Teacher to Teacher Mentorship Program

The PTO is proud to partner with the administration to bring back the Teacher to Teacher Mentorship Program to CPS. While much of a teacher’s day is spent working independently, there is tremendous value in learning alongside colleagues. Through this program, the PTO will help provide short-term classroom coverage (one block/period) so teachers can observe one another, collaborate, and continue to grow their practice.

Our commitment to Enrichment extends beyond our students to the teachers and staff who support them every day. We are excited to offer this new volunteer opportunity that benefits both. Volunteers will receive ample notice to plan and will be provided with a lesson plan for the class they cover.
