Susan Tan’s books will also be available for purchase at the book fair the following week. Piece by Piece can be ordered in advance or during the fair, with all copies delivered after publication.

Books purchased during the Pre-Purchase Sale will be held at the cashier table until Susan Tan autographs them on Wednesday. Books not picked up by Thursday will be delivered to your child’s homeroom. As some students do not have the opportunity to visit the fair until after the author’s visit, we make this option available for everyone.

Donations are made in $1 increments. Increasing the amount will increase the number of items in your cart. Teachers will be notified of your donation before the start of the fair, allowing them to shop at their convenience throughout the week.

• Delivery option is “Pick up at my child’s school, FREE” or "Gift Cards are Emailed."
• ​Gift cards will be available at the Book Fair register--students do not need to bring a copy.
• After you select your choice of payment, you will be asked to enter the following information:
  1. Your School’s Town: Carlisle, MA
  2. School Name: Carlisle Public Schools
  3. Student’s Name: First and Last
  4. Grade
  5. Teacher’s Name
      For middle school students, input homeroom teacher.
• The prompt for this information is in RED.  The text box to put the answers is immediately below the questions.

gift card for a students or not listed staff member:

Fill in requested information, using your child’s name (first and last) but your own email address.  Multiple gift cards may be purchased and individualized for the recipients.

Student’s gifts are retained at the cashier desk during the fair. As students visit the fair during their scheduled classroom time, they will be notified of their funds.  If they plan to visit during times outside of their regularly scheduled classroom time, they may simply mention to the cashier that they have a gift card on file.  They do not need to spend all of their funds at one time, however, any residual monies at the close of the fair on Friday, March 14th, will be pooled into a singular donation to the school library.
